Over the course of at least 3 months, we’ll build a personalized training strategy that aligns with your goals and evolves as you progress. Whether you're chasing better HYROX performance, building brute strength, improving movement efficiency, or just want to feel strong, athletic, and unstoppable, this program gives you the roadmap — and the real-time support — to get there.
We combine technical movement work with smart programming and individualized attention — so you're not just working harder, you're working smarter. You’ll learn how to train with intention, recover with purpose, and approach each session with clarity and focus.
what’s included:
9 to 13 in-person sessions/month, depending on your plan
