This class is designed to help you master key movements, improve your technique, and develop strength, endurance, and confidence — all in one balanced session.
You don’t need any HYROX experience.
Just the motivation to show up and grow — one rep at a time.
HYROX is for everyone — and so is this class.
Expect a smart mix of strength and conditioning, with just the right intensity to challenge you without overwhelming you.
It’s the ideal session to: Learn the standards, improve your form, build solid capacity and get a feel for what HYROX training is all about.
