  • Founder & Coach

    With 25 years in the game, Lena specialises in HYROX, strength & conditioning, mobility, and recovery. HYBRD is the product of her smart, experience-driven coaching, every session has intent, every rep has a reason.

    She builds athletes who are strong, fast, and resilient, and she’s obsessed with making sure you understand the why behind every move you do.


  • Co-founder & Head Coach

    Our Fran brings serious energy and precision to every session. Specialising in HYROX, strength training, and athletic performance, he knows exactly how to get the best out of you.

    He’s the mastermind behind HYBRD’s programming, the guy who builds the sessions that make you stronger, faster, and sharper.

    Meet Teus. You going to find him kicking ass in Functional Bodybuilding classes, Strength and Essentials.

    He is there to push you, encourage you and get your sweat on!

    Coach Simon is the one driving our Functional Bodybuilding. He’s all about smart structure, solid technique, and that extra push that makes you realise you’ve got more in the tank than you thought.

    Sam lives and breathes HYROX. As both a coach and competitive HYROX athlete, he brings real race experience to every session. Sam is the go-to person for all HYROX related race questions and experience tips.

    With Gabriel get ready for some high intensity sessions and serious sweat. He is specialised in Nutrition and Bodybuilding and if you looking for PT classes to shape up, he is the guy.


  • Community Lead &Coach

    James is the engine of our community, the guy who greets you with a smile and then pushes you to run faster at Run Club. As coach and community lead, he makes every athlete feel welcome while keeping the standards high on the floor.

    As HYBRD’s photographer and marketing manager, she’s the one turning moments into movement. Behind the lens or behind the scenes, she brings the energy so you don’t just see HYBRD, you feel it.
