Most athletes spend plenty of time building strength and endurance, but very little time developing the qualities that keep them healthy and performing at their best. This class focuses on stability, coordination, agility, balance, mobility, and explosive power.

Through targeted strength work for smaller stabilising muscles, injury-prevention exercises, and coordination drills, you’ll build a body that moves more efficiently, stays resilient under load, and performs better in every sport.
