We break down form, pacing, and breathing so you move more efficiently and avoid burnout or injury. Expect a mix of challenge and fun, and a community that pushes you forward every step of the way.
NOW available Fartlek session where we mix steady running with bursts of speed. It's a playful, unstructured way to boost endurance, speed, and make runs more fun, but also prepares you better for your next HYROX race.
